My husband and I went on a trip to Utah a couple weeks ago and on the first day there we met up with Missy, a former bride of mine. I shot Missy and Mike’s wedding back in 2009 and I’m thrilled to death that they are welcoming their first child any day now.
Spring has sprung in Utah(c’mon Wisconsin, get with the program!) and we had lovely blooms to work with that day. Missy was super cool about everything and even walked in the freezing river for a photo. It was a lovely day and I’m glad I got to spend some of it with beautiful Missy! :)
Never thought I’d like maternity sessions so much. I always thought some of them were super cheesy. Luckily, Missy is exactly like me and we prefer classic, timeless portraits and no frills. I’d love to shoot more of them!
